Anatomy Pathology Museum FKUI Jakarta is located within the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, with a collection of various human organs, fetuses and animals preserved and stored in tubes of various sizes. There are also cadavers, as well as photo documentation of crime victims.

Reproduction of ancient human fossils and skulls of various ethnic groups in Indonesia can also be found in this museum.
